Also on the list of products not recommended are crisps and fries. And for good reason, these processed foods contain a lot of sodium and refined carbohydrates. Not to mention that they are cooked in oils rich in omega-6. However, as explained above, they promote inflammation. In summary, foods that are too fatty, salty, but also sweet, should be avoided when you have osteoarthritis.

Cookies and other sweets

This is why cookies, pastries, pastries, or even sweets are also among the foods that should not be included on the menu too regularly. Like saturated fat, sugar is a major inflammatory agent that increases arthritis pain.
